VIP MODULAR design and manufacture billet aluminum(6061-T6)custom build-to-order 3 pc wheels for european and japanese luxury sedans, GT's and exotics. All prototypes are CAD/CAM engineered and designed and then sent to independent testing laboratories for SAE J2530 certification in revolution, impact and fatigue cycling for each diameter and width. From there the rim barrels are attached to the center using Scotia fasteners and assembled by hand. All designs can be manufactured in 19",20"& 22" diameters and 7.0"-15.0" widths to accomodate most popular automobiles. "VR"(reverse contour straight lip) series is a reverse configuration series maximizing the visual area of the rim center by having all spokes extended to the start of the outer lip. This series also features semi-bowed spoke profiles without distorting the design.
